Calving has begun! It has been very successful this year. The cows are anxious to get out on pasture. We need some dry weather so the fields are not so soft and muddy. It is great to see the lush, green growth. We are taking orders for the fall meat supply. Our orders will determine how many of our calves are kept for butchering.
